General Pricing Policy:
Our pricing strategy is designed to offer quality parts and services to the Mopar musclecar community at fair and competitive price levels. Due to our large supplier base, and the wide variety of items we carry, manufacturing, materials, logistics and other supplier costs are occasionally affected. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without notice.

PayPal links are provided on our site. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, we can still send a PayPal invoice to your e-mail address. Upon receipt of the invoice, instructions are provided to assist you in the completion your transaction, via any major credit card accepted through PayPal.
Postal or bank money orders preferred.
Personal or company checks accepted. Checks will be held for clearance for 7 days.

A few words on packaging: We go into "overprotection" mode when packing orders for shipment to our customers. The parts are of no value to anyone if they do not arrive intact. 98% of our shipping cartons are purchased new. Occasionally, we will recycle an acceptable used carton. We also use the more costly bubble-wrap for cushioning in 98% of our cartons. If and when necessary, additional measures may be required to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping / Handling Charges:
In comparison to reports of excessive Shipping and Handling charges within the marketplace, we do not believe in the exploitation of Shipping and Handling, as to create a "profit center". We seek only to cover the myriad of real world costs assessed TO US relative to each shipment, and the cost of APPROPRIATE packaging materials. Shipping and Handling charges include a small assessment for those packaging materials (see previous paragraph entitled "PACKAGING"), as well as the per-piece cost to ship a particular carton, plus (in the case of UPS) applicable Fuel Surcharges and Delivery Area Surcharges, which vary with each shipment. These charges are billed automatically at the UPS terminal (we do not use a "drop center") at time of shipment, and we have had numerous surprises regarding them. Also, in rare instances, oddly-shaped items, as well as wooden boxes and even some thick-wall tubes are subject to a very questionable UPS "Handling Charge" which usually runs 8.00. The response from UPS to inquiries regarding these types of items is always the same: the items MAY encounter difficulties on their conveyor system, and they MAY need to be "helped along" manually, especially around corners. You can't make this stuff up. "I Fought The Law, And The Law Won" as the Bobby Fuller song goes. All items shipped via UPS are insured for full value when the included coverage level of 100.00 of value is exceeded. Smaller packages are usually sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Should a package arrive showing obvious and significant external damage, please refuse it and contact us immediately.
We are very serious about the accuracy of orders shipped to our customers. In the rare instance where a shortage or other discrepancy occurs, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your shipment.
Customer satisfaction is Job One. If the item is unsatisfactory in any way, it may be returned for a full refund, including shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt of order.
Shipping and handling charges assessed to original order are not eligible for refund after 30 days past receipt of order, regardless of issue.
All shipped domestic orders will receive a dated and numbered sales invoice, which should be retained for your records in the event a return is requested. For international shipments, invoices are mailed separately by individual request only.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
Returns must be shipped prepaid. C.O.D. shipments for returns will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted on electrical items.
Requests for returns of items that are "no longer needed" or "because the car was sold" (as opposed to quality issues) must be received by our office within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Returns of this nature may be subject to a 20% return fee.
All returns must include any and all original, item-specific packaging and instructions (if applicable), and must be returned to us prepaid, and secured by a level of package protection equivalent to the level at which they were received, in order to prevent damage during return transit. Any refund or other form of settlement will occur only after items have been received and inspected.
Special Order items are not eligible for return.
Returned items found to have been modified in any way without our prior consultation or advice regarding application issues will not be eligible for refund.
All products are covered by, and limited to, the specific manufacturers warranty, if offered, for a specific product. With the quality level of items we offer, warranty issues are extremely rare. Due to the unique nature of SOME of the items we offer, modifications MAY be necessary in order to satisfy the requirements of the application. This is also a very rare issue. It is the responsibility of the user/installer, prior to installation, to determine the suitability of a particular item for his/her specific application.
Application and engineering data associated with products offered on this site is taken from published OEM factory literature, as well as from specific aftermarket and subcontractor supplier databases, including parts manuals, service manuals, known physical item samples, and our personal experience of over 35 years. The information we have gathered is deemed accurate, but due to potential factors beyond our control, cannot necessarily be guaranteed to a level of 100%.
We assume no liability for property damage, any incidental damages, loss of use, or any level of personal injury resulting from the installation, and/or use of these products. Automotive products are intended for installation and/or use by trained professionals using proper techniques, tools, equipment, knowledge and experience.
