For the first time in nearly 25 years, a complete and correct, concours level strut rod bushing and hardware package (original part number for one side ONLY was 2808664) is available for your 70-74 E-BODY AND 70-72 B-BODY Mopar. Correct, new components are used throughout, and the centerpiece of the package is the set of highly visible (especially to the judges) new retainers (washers) (OE number 2207322), correctly finished in the unique brown zinc dichromate, after having analyzed NOS samples and pieces from many survivor cars. This exclusively in-house reproduced package consists of two front bushings (OE 2462740), two rear bushings (OE 2462741), four retainers (OE 2207322), two strut rod sleeves (OE 2535463, phosphate), two roll pins (OE 6027381, phosphate), two front hug-lock nuts (OE 6028777, brown zinc dichromate) and two rear flange locknuts (OE 6024803, phosphate). A knockout item that no one should be without! Occasionally, a VERY early 70 car may have the retainers and FRONT nuts finished in cadmium or zinc, but that is quite rare. That combination of components is the standard scenario found on 66-69 B-Body cars, with, once again, the difference being the finish on the front nuts and all four retainers.
