This is the special wiring harness clip, usually broken or missing entirely, used on the passenger side of mid-year 70 through 74 E-Body, and 71-74 B-Body cars originally equipped with automatic transmission. Mounts in the hole in the extended boss protruding from the case just above the flat boss where the VIN number is found. Correctly heat treated and rubber coated.
